This graduate certificate program is appropriate for people who are working in the field of human resources management or those who wish to gain entry into this professional area. Throughout this program emphasis is placed on communication, decision-making, and job-related skills used in the field of human resources. Completion of this program will enable Human Resources Professionals to be more effective on the job. The program offers qualified candidates the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge in most functions related to human resources management. The objective of the program is to further the education and competence of professionals engaged in the practice of human resources management.
