Client and Customer Relations
This program teaches the strategies and techniques to solidify and enhance client relations skills and build positive, lasting relationships with clients. This Client and Customer Relations program prepares students to develop teams of staff dedicated to excellent service delivery, to identify, mitigate, and avoid confrontational situations with internal and external clients, and to create and promote an effective corporate service culture.
Credentials College-Approved Certificate
Students must complete a minimum number of credits in this program with their registering college to meet the Program Residency requirement to graduate from the program.
All courses must be completed within five years of acceptance into the program.
