Electrical Code 4 (December Monthly Intake) |

This course is designed as a continuation on from the Level 3 Code course. It will introduce the student to the Rules and Regulations for the sections not yet covered in the Canadian Electrical Code. This course will include the locating and discussion of rules as they pertain to industrial type installations. This level will study the remaining specialty sections and will include: installation with more than one motors and starting methods, transformers and transformer installations, capacitors, switch gear, paralleling of conductors, power production sources, overcurrent protection and co-ordination, high voltage installations, emergency systems and fiber-optical and communication cables as well the use of any associated tables and or appendices. |
