Construction Contracts and Documents |

This course is an introduction to the principles of contract law as they relate to the construction industry. The various types of construction contracts and bidding documents are introduced and examined. This subject builds upon the principles of contract law and introduces standard forms used in the construction industry issued by the Canadian Construction Documents Committee and the Canadian Construction Association. |
