Canadian Justice System and Legislation (August Monthly Intake)
This course introduces students to the organization and structure of the judicial system. It examines the main components of this system such as the law, police, course, corrections and community and analyzes their interdependencies. The relevant governing legislation is also studied, particularly the Criminal Code of Canada and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
