You are introduced to the wide range of duties and responsibilities of a Legal Assistant in the area of Real Estate from file opening, reading & preparing Agreements, document preparation, through to closing and reporting the transaction to the client. Intended to prepare student for REPP2 (client communications, title searches, mortgages, EREG system and more.) Prerequisites: Intro to Legal Office Practice & Procedure, Legal Terminology.
