Your username/userID is comprised of the following 4 elements:  

Part #1

The 2 digit Registering College Code

dash (-)

Part#3

The first 3 characters of your first name  

+

Part#4

Your last name (to a max. of 15 characters for the entire UserID)

  • All lowercase characters 
  • no spaces in Username/UserID
  • no periods in Username/UserID
  • no apostrophes in Username/UserID
  • no hyphens/dashes in Username/UserID except after 2 digit Registering College Code (part 2)

  • The maximum size of your entire Username/UserID is 15 characters
