ePortal Account:

• After you have established your initial connection to the OntarioLearn ePortal, change your ePortal account password.  Go to the "Update Profile" area to change your ePortal account password.  

• Write down your new password so you will remember it for all subsequent login attempts.  Be sure to use your NEW password for all subsequent logins.

Platform Account

• After you have established your initial connection to your course platform, change your platform account password.  Review the FAQ area for details on how to change your platform password. It is recommended that you use the same password for your ePortal login and platform logins. 

• Write down your new password so you will remember it for all subsequent login attempts.  Be sure to use your NEW password for all subsequent logins.
