Introduction to Condominium Law

Course Information

Delivered in partnership with ACMO, Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, this course covers all aspects of the law and documents that govern condominiums, including Declarations, by-laws and rules. In addition, how and when to use lawyers and other professionals is also covered. This course is part of the education requirements for licensing under the Condominium Management Services Act.
