Delivered in partnership with ACMO, Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, this course covers all aspects of the law and documents that govern condominiums, including Declarations, by-laws and rules. In addition, how and when to use lawyers and other professionals is also covered.
Statics for Engineering Technology - W18 Feb
This course applies vector algebra and trigonometry to the analysis of statically determinate structures. Students will utilize Newtonian physics and mechanics of rigid bodies to apply the concepts of static equilibrium and free body diagram.
Impact of Aviation on Canadian National Development - W18 SEM
Through a review of the history of Canadian aviation, students will learn about the impact that aviation has had on the development of Canada as a nation. This will be accomplished by examining the early years of aviation, Canada's military participation in and contribution to Allied aviation efforts during the wars of the 20th Century, and the influence of aviation in the development of the Canadian north.
